These are so good - I like them. Perfect for a pre or post workout protein snack. They are convenient, and healthy. I like all the flavors - thought my favorites were sweet potato apple and then banana cocoa but now I like the variety packs because it's nice to mix it up! The coffee one is great for mornings - a little extra energy! I like that they are all around 100 calories. Sometimes I struggle in workouts because I don't want to eat a meal before hand, but then I'm starving. If I eat "real" food - I feel full and sluggish. These fit the bill perfectly - energy and protein and I don't feel super stuffed before a workout!

Easy to take protein packed snack. Tastes good. My favorite flavors are Tropical and Banana Cocoa. No artificial sweeteners. Very healthy. I take them when I go hiking for energy and to work for when I can't take a break, but need food to keep going.

I love tbe flavors and it's a really good to go quick snack after work outs. Also, their packages are recyclable through terra cycle which is awesome. I know it's a bit pricey but if you compare with a relly good quality clean protein powder out there hou will spend a lot as well. Yo can also take it on hikes or any sporty activities, I relly like it. I order both flavors, the vegasn and the non vegans I the only difference is that, the vegan flavors are super soft more of a juicy texture. The other ones are very thick. All in all, fkavors are on point and because I order a lot of variety I never get bored of flavor which is something you don't have with protein powders, you have to order one flavor and one flavor only, that's another plus to fuel for fire. All flavors are great, I was only sceptical about the sweet potato/apple the first time I ordered all mix flavirs but it is surprisingly good. I'm very happy with them and will definitely recommend to anyone.

I use these after a workout. They are easy and are perfect for my macros. The flavors are so good and I like the variety pack. Easy to hold and open.

I love the taste, they keep me full and personally, I like the nutrition value. I do wish they were a little less expensive but I like them enough that I keep buying. They are great for on the go.

Opened the box after the driver handed it to me and found that the pouches had a leak. Do not trust any of them to consume and no return or refund policy.

Packaging is nice including liking the ease of use. However, no matter the flavor…. Which they have many, which is amazing!! The overall flavor, now trialed by my 3 teens and myself is ehhh no thanks, and hmm chalky. Just really hard to overcome. May try to mix it with something else to see if we can make it more palatable, especially since it cannot be returned. Also, twice now two people in my family have had diarrhea… we isolated foods to nothing new the second time having these and pretty sure it’s something in these that doesn’t sit right with us. So, check your quality control, please. Now the next bit that gets me is that it’s aimed for kids to athletes which should have a 3:1 or 4:1 carb:protein ratio for pre to post workout or also endurance/recovery. I’m a bit confused why a dietitian would back the fad diets for “low carb”, so honestly a bit disappointed.

These are great for pre or post-exercise. They are easy on the stomache and have a lot of protein. My kids love them too. When they are running to practice I give to them if they don't have time to eat beforehand. I recommend.
