I've built 14 Book Nooks over the last 3 years and I enjoy the Fsolis ones by far. The pieces punch out easily, no breakage, and assemble well. There are lots of detailed pieces to assemble and I especially like the lighting which show all of the incredible detail in the "chamber." (Some kits have poorer lighting). The kit is tedious to build (like the rest I've made), but well worth the effort. These builds can become addictive!

No complaints! I had a great time working on this! Directions are very clear and pieces are quality. I even added some dollhouse miniature oddities. My only advice, Buy some model glue with a tiny nozzle and markers. I sanded the small pieces off and shaded in with markers. So it looked more realistic. Work slow and triple check the directions & don’t glue until you’re 100% sure.

I have mixed feelings about this kit: "Secret Rhythm". On the one hand, I was disappointed to discover that it was made of cardboard and not wood as was advertised. On the other hand, the theme of the kit is really cool. There was a minor issue with the package and two corners of the kit were slightly squashed. I may not have purchased it had I known that it was not made of wood. The cardboard, however, is very good quality, the printing is good quality and the paper excellent quality. The righthand side of the upstairs is too narrow, so if it were life size, it would not be accessible; but that is a minor issue. The end result is really cute.

I can not say this was a relaxing project. Much cussing was involved in the assembly. However, the results are beautiful. Be aware there are many tiny parts and the directions leave a lot to be desired, but the end results are worth the effort.
