Overall it seems well built. As advertised it is quiet and quicker to recover than my previous pancake compressor. That being said, it doesn't come with an adjustable output regulator, so what ever pressure is in the tank is what you're hitting your tool with. Some of my tools (like my air brush) need very low pressure input. I took the adjustable regulator/gauge from my old compressor and added it on. Not a big deal, just a warning. ... show more

A lot of welding splatter inside of it. I had to remove the water drain plug and rock/tilt the tank back and forth in order to drain all the splatter metal balls before even using it. I couldn't get all of it out and it clogged up the coupler connected to the air compressor. Fixed the coupler. I used an air blow gun for the first use and the remaining splatter shot out like it was a sand blasting gun. Its a good size for me. It's a very quiet unit. well power cord is the thinnest thing known to man and melted in the wall after the first use...good thing I know how to fix those sort of issue's being I needed it for an important valve seat job I replaced the cord with a quality on rated for the power draw...

Compressor has worked great for me so far! Surprisingly quiet, and smaller than I expected for the capacity and output. Unsure of CFM accuracy, but it’s had no issue keeping up with my air tools and plasma cutter.
