The cart is nice, seems to be sturdy and will meet my needs. BUT, it was hard to assemble. There was supposed to be a small wrench included, but it was missing. (Instead, I got four small screws which had no purpose as far as I could see.) I have a few tools, although not the wrench size need. I used what I had, and with a lot of maneuvering and using the wrong tools inventively I got it together, although I am not sure if the wheels are on tight enough. The baskets were hard to put on. The instructions were not very helpful and I succeeded mostly by trial and error. You will need strong hands and muscle to assemble it.
