I love these little machines! I bought one back in march and just got my second one today (august). I use them as rewards for my kiddos and they think it’s fun. I plan to buy another one sometime in the near future for more variety! I put candy corn in the new one and sometimes it jams because of the shape and the softness of the candy… but not very often. I still love the machines! So far it has taken any size coin… the coins are easy to remove. The second one I bought is a little more wobbly, but not enough for me to exchange. If you want to take out the coin function it will slip and you do need to fix it, but other than that it works for the intended purpose. My boyfriend loves it. It's small enough to fit as desk decor and he doesn't need to fill it that often since he's the only one to use it. The machine can take multiple types of candy too, but be warned, it does dispense alot if the candy is small. So work your way up. ... show more

This gumball machine works great for a single family household; it does tend to get a bit battered quickly if used by a lot of children, however (like at a school or camp). It is not expensive, though, so it is easily replaced. However, nowhere on the packaging nor in the instructions does it say what size of gumball this machine takes. DO NOT order anything above .62" or you will be stuck with a pound of more of too-big-gumballs. The mouth at the bottom will sit a one inch gumball just fine, but the aperture inside, not so much. ... show more
