Honestly it’s a pretty good case, and can fit a lot in a tiny space. I will admit, it’s very uncomfortable to hold for long periods of time. I've started making cupcakes for family birthday parties instead of a cake. Several reasons were portion control, not having to take extra plates and utensils, and keeping little hands off the cake decorations. I did not have a good way to transport the cupcakes so after researching, I decided on the Top Shelf Elements Cupcake Carrier. I made the right choice. There is plenty of height for homemade cupcakes with frosting. Neither the bottom nor top cupcakes came close to hitting. It is a sturdy carrier, but I do make sure I have one hand on the bottom for support, which I would do for any carrier. The side snaps close firmly and do require a little effort to unlock but I prefer that over snaps that come open too easily. It holds 24 homemade cupcakes, which is what a cake mix package makes.
