I have purchased two of these dispensers now. This dispenser holds a 25lb bag of rice, keeps it fresh with a tight seal to prevent any unwanted visitors from taking up residence. One criticism is the measuring cup provided. If you go by the markings listed they are way off from any rice cooker. One cup marked on this measure is in reality two cups of rice measurements. This is, however, not a big deal, you are just aware of the measures and dispense accordingly. Very easy to use, just press the button for the desired amount of rice, and you only have to lift the heavy bag once when you initially fill it. I liked it so much I ordered another as a gift. This rice storage dispenser is the perfect size to fit a whole bag of rice and fit under my counter, and I appreciate the clean aesthetic. I also love the cup it came with.. However, upon delivery I noticed right off the bat that the lid had been shoved into the storage compartment, and became warped and now doesn't sit flush on top. The base is also warped or something about the attachment is broken, and will not sit flat, no matter how many times I push it back together. Pictures attached show the warped pieces. ... show more

I use a LOT of rice. Rather than having to deal with a big bag spilling all over the floor every time I pull it out of the pantry, or storing it in a smaller container that I'm guaranteed to drop and break when I pull it out (it's happened more than once), I wanted something to store it where it's easily accessible. This holds my entire bulk size bag! It fits perfectly on the counter under my cabinets. Easy to fill from the top, and the accompanied marked cup makes it easy to measure. Dumped a 25lbs bag of Kirkland jasmine rice into it. Held it all with some stragglers in the bag. Dispenses nicely, measuring cup has a drain side so that’s convinient. Haven’t had any issues. Sturdy enough to pick up when full and move around the kitchen.

I know so many of this kind of product has been trending on the social media but I wanted something that is not ugly and it fits my kitchen. I’ll be using it and loving it so far. I love the fact that you can wash the rice and drain the water inside the measuring cup because of the holes.
