Love this stuff. Super easy to apply. Definitely can't see thru it. Looks like blinds from the outside. But you can't see in or out-so don't apply to a window that you do want to peak out of every once in a while lol.

really made the lower part of my window - blocked just enough to not see the stores below my 7th floor window but let enough light and small amount vertical views in to not feel like much was being blocked at all . Amazed how it was do easy to remove and put on with soapy water . However cutting it to fit just right with blade was not as easy as it looks if you want to be precise.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The product works great, cuts the suns heat and glare from coming through the windows. My only complaint is each roll, will only cover 1, 35" X 65" Window. Very expensive for what get. Functionality: It's easy to apply, and blocks the Summer heat.

I ordered this mainly to block a very bright light that a neighbor has on their house that shines directly into my bedroom windows, and I didn't want blackout film or curtains. I wasn't sure if it would work but it really works well! There is still light coming through but it's very soft. I've used different brands in the past for other applications (frosted and faux stained-glass) and they were much harder to deal with because they kept curling up while I was measuring. This film is heavy-duty and it lays flat when it's unrolled. I like that they included a blade which I found much easier than cutting with scissors. I used my own large spray bottle and squeegee, and this film went up very easily. The most difficult thing about it is peeling the backing off. Be patient because it will definitely take a few minutes to grab an edge, but it was worth the trouble, and I won't complain about this as it's a very minor problem. If I ever need window film again I will buy this brand. The surprise came when I saw how the window looked in the morning sun--it gives a rainbow sparkle effect! :-)

Well no matter which way I turn it, I have exposed window that needs another piece. I don't want to have to do that, and have lines where it's cut, even tho I line them up. It's too thick and heavy, it falls right off, the static cling affect with spritzes of water only work if it's thin. Other brands are better. I bought 4 so that's a waste.

These are ok. It was a learning experience on how to get them in without the bubbles. Once you do it and get the hang of it just keep going. I like it because it looks like I have shutters from a distance on my door. It gives some privacy but light can still shine in. I do notice some peeling in the corners and bubble in a few spots. I think if I did it again it would be better. They do stay on if u put it in correctly. I did put this on the bathroom window but it wasn’t enough privacy for a bathroom window.
