easy to install, yes. The difficulty is the placement of the unit, Nissan could have done a better job locating the blower, but it is what it is. The blower replacement worked flawlessly and now I have cold air in my car. I highly recommend replacing the resistor if you plan to replace the blower.

Arrived with the screw mount hole wing broken off. I was in a hurry so instof returning it, I Super glued it. I installed it and it would not run. I had to buy another one from a local parts store
