The fridge is adorable sized. The delivery left something to be desired ....like dings in the fridge, no text before hand or on the day it should have been delivered (3 days early) but its usable despite the cosmetic blemishes (knocked off 1 star for value for money, a new fridge should be blemish free). I love how I was able to find a fridge with 2 little drawers for fruits and veggies, and gallon storage on the door, which is remarkably hard. I am 130lbs of weakness and managed to get the fridge in the house, outta the box and in position. Changing the door's swing wasn't bad either, I just read the instructions and propped the fridge up against the wall using a can of Ovaltine (metal coffee can should work too) to get to the bottom feet; screw driver and ratchet were needed- ratchet being the most key component. Overall: Adorable 10 cuft fridge, with 2 produce drawers, gallon door storage and ample freezer space. Wish it didnt come dinged. I received it and was really banged up. Needed it so I didn't go thru the hassle of returning it. Works really well though and I bought it to keep things cold which it does. I don't think that the shipper beat it up cause the outside of the box looked decent. But really was beat up when I opened it.

My experience was exceptional. First let me start by saying that I ordered the same size fridge (different brands) from Home Depot and Best Buy. Needless to say, both of them will never get my business again. Home Depot cancelled my order without explanation literally the day before delivery. Best Buy never showed up on the day of delivery. I waited all day. Now here comes kudos to Amazon......I ordered this fridge on Monday and had it by 6:30 am on Wednesday! This is why I shop Amazon. Not sure why I didn't order from them in the first place. These other companies could learn a lot from Amazon's exemplary customer service model. Anyway, the fridge was not damaged in any way and it's working like a charm. Plugged it in and it immediately began getting cold (both fridge and freezer). It arrived on time with second day delivery. The earliest delivery available from local stores was 1 to 2 weeks, and we needed it right a way to keep food while our other refrigerator was being repaired. There was none of the damage to the packaging or refrigerator as shown in other reviews. The delivery guys were very nice and placed it in the room of our choice. The quality is much better than expected. The design is simple and very functional. The motor is very quiet. We had to turn the freezer setting back from the recommended setting, because ice cream was too hard to dip. It works great. We are using it in a spare room for overflow from a larger side by side. The packaging box looked really beat up. Im very surprised the fridge damage wasnt worse than what it was. Thoroughly disappointed product at this price range is allowed to be beaten up this badly. I have uet to turn it on as i suspect it might be ok. But i honestly looked like it got dropped off the back of a moving truck before i opened it up. I work with a freight company. When i see damage this bad at my work we return it. Yet this was somehow still delivered to me. Very sad. ... show more

    • That the refrigerator was not upright, it was up side down. Which can affect the condenser.
