It plays the files you copy over IN THE ORDER YOU COPY THEM. WTF. Why not go in order by name? It also plays ALL of them in sequence. Why not play one per press( did i miss something, if so, please correct me )? Other than those two, the latter being the most annoying, it works and its loud. My sister loved that. Bought 2 for my kids, they chose the songs they wanted on them and tucked them into some teddy bears they had with little pouches. They loved the result. One of the units stopped working after a few months, but one question posted here and I was immediately contacted by customer support with troubleshooting steps and finally a replacement unit. For my nieces second child, I had husband/father record himself singing, a few lullabies. It was amazingly clear when the lullabies replayed back. It holds probably an hour or more of music. I purchased a soft, stuffed sunshine, split the back, put it inside and made a Velcro opening. It is super simple to advance to the next song, or to the previous song or back to the beginning without removing it from its new “home” in the sunshine. I then put this on a mobile over the babies bed. So cute.

The sound module works way better than I anticipated. It's super easy to use, you literally plug it directly into your computer and you can load any MP3 onto it, and then you can insert the device directly into a stuffed animal (that's what we did) or another craft to create the perfect, customized gift at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend and I'll be using these for holiday gifts.

If you download the MP3 files at the recommended quality, you can fit a TON of sounds into this thing! 2 hours or more! Nothing else on the market comes anywhere close to that capacity in a push-to-play device.
