I picked this up to address the hip pinch common with saddle setups. While the product name claims to be an "eliminator," I went in with realistic expectations and found it to be a very useful tool. COMFORT IMPROVEMENT: This spreader does exactly what it is supposed to do. It forces the bridge apart, which changes the angle of pressure on the saddle. That small adjustment provides a noticeable amount of relief on the hips during a long sit. REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS: It does not 100 percent remove every bit of pressure, but I did not expect it to work miracles.
