I like to grind my coffee beans and I grind them by hand.It usually takes 170 turns.Some coffee beans are tough,harder to grind than other beans,maybe because they are dryer,but these beans are nice to grind and it is a good coffee I put honey instead of sugar and milk,very enjoyable.

Uneven Taste. Have previously purchased 2lb size of dark Brazil coffee and enjoyed it. 5lb size not flavorful, bland, not Brazil coffee in my experience. 2 stars is generous. Get the 2lb size only.

These beans are very fresh, packaged well, and delicious. Some say this is bitter coffee. It's not bitter, but very dark, the way I like it. The beans are so fresh, they are oily. This is how all coffee beans are when they are harvested. It's not a bad thing. Also the price of these beans is a bargain considering what a pound of coffee costs at the supermarket.
