I just installed my new doggie door. So far really like this door. My old doggie door had the flap that wear out quickly & break. This doggie door the flaps are sturdy & fit well together. The frame is strong not flimsy. The only test left is, how well it does when the wind blow. I will update next time we get a strong wind storm.

The media could not be loaded. 3rd update 4/13/25 the company sent another replacement door and once again the door broke. The springs keep on breaking. I love this door just wish it would last. I haven't even had a year. 2nd Update 1/16/25: Dog door broke again after company sent a replacement. It didn't even last 4 months again. I need to find another dog door that will last. For as much as this cost you would think they would last at least year. Ugh. Worst part is it's broken in the winter months. The door no longer closes. The spring broke again. Update: Stopped working after two months. To expensive to have to buy another after two month. Other than that it good until it stopped working. Star changed to a 3. Absolutely love this doggy door. My dog's have chewed up all our other plastic doors. This one is still intact. Love it!

Easy to install in our exterior porch metal 6 panel door. No installation problems. Our mini Cockapoo caught on with entering and exiting in just a day or two…..a bit timid at first. Highly recommend the product and the double French doors seal up nicely with the self- closing hinges and the magnetic strip between the two doors. Easy to seal at night with the sliding insert and latch. Would purchase again.

This is the second French Dog Door we have purchased for our German Shepard pup Wolfgang. He chewed up the first one but now that he has grown up a bit he seems to leave this one alone now. I will definitely buy another one if this one ends up being destroyed too because we like the looks of the doggie door and functions great keeping the cold air from entering his laundry room quarters. I absolutely love this dog door...although it is my cat that needed it and uses it. It was relatively easy to install. It is far more weather proof than my old dog door and far more attractive. It did take a a little bit to teach my cat how to use it since he was used the the older plastic flap style.

I can’t recommend this enough. The doors close tight enough to keep the cold out and yet are easy for my Scotties to push through. The freedom that this door gives me is worth far more than the cost. I don’t have to worry that they are cold or hot!
