First of all, the bikes ship very quickly, packaged very well, and customer service is exactly what we’d all wish for in every company. Easily built, these bikes are very well made. Beautiful paint, components are not cheap parts, and a smooth solid ride. Zippy fast, so watch out. Peddle assist 1 is enough for most rides. We just cruise. We got two wild cats, but realized it was much too big for the misses. No problems returning and getting the smaller Rocky pro. Glad we did. A great bike for someone smaller. She’s 5’2, I’m 6’2. Both are sized perfectly for each of us. We haven’t rode far enough to challenge the battery life, but I’m sure they are ample enough for long rides. We love them, and highly recommend this company…

I was a little bit nervous about this purchase because I'm a bigger girl and I was worried about the weight limit. I weigh 260 and have no problem riding this bad bike with a 50 lb backpack. It will easily go to cruising speeds of 30 mph just using the throttle and I haven't gotten the courage up to go beyond pedal assist number 3 because that is more than fast enough for me! I would recommend getting a very heavy-duty lock to go with it because it catches eyes all over town. I live in a big city and I'm able to get from point A to point B faster than I would with a car or the bus! I spent my last dime on this but it was worth every penny! I also made sure to get a good helmet because if you're going 30 miles an hour and happened to wipe out you're going to want a helmet. Very easy to ride, pretty easy to assemble I just had a Little Help from my landlord, and lights and everything work great! I told my friends I might never get a car with this thing LOL even in the snow it works great! Also, had a minor issue at first (just a cable not connected) and the seller responded asap and followed up to make sure everything was good. DEFINITELY worth the money, and this is coming from a broke girl lol 😆

I bought a freesky rocky in sept. and had issues, dealt with customer service and they finally sent a new controller and that wasn't the problem, then they quickly sent a new display and problem solved and back on the road. The whole event took 7 weeks ( shipping from china) but they stood behind their product and reset my warranty. Love the bike

Husband here... my wife loves the bike, we only had two complaints. First, assembly was easy enough but I've worked on bikes a lot. The overall build quality is very good. It includes a really nice custom tool kit. Complaints... #1 They were out of the rear rack when we ordered it but they did not tell us that. We had to email them at which time they informed us it would be a couple of weeks until they got more in. Almost 3 weeks later it arrived. #2 The card swipe to unlock it is very finicky and sometimes takes 4 or 5 tries to get it to work.

This bike kicks butt! I haven’t ridden a bike in 40 years. I was a bit intimidated by it because there were no directions on how to use it. Luckily I’m married to an engineer and he figured things out for me. Anyway, what a fun, fun bike. It’s certainly going to handle our roads around here (hills). I can’t wait to get out on it again this morning. But first—get a helmet. I’m looking forward, also, to getting the basket (sent separately). I don’t remember reading it in the write-up, but it comes with a good, hefty chain lock.

I was hesitant to make the purchase but now I wish I would have done it sooner. I’ve put over 100 miles on it in the first 3 days. Really easy to put together. Don’t get me wrong you may find a lighter bike out there but I think it would be hard to find a better one. Battery holds up really good and brakes have serious stopping power. The bike has made it possible to get back to serious riding since I have knee issues. Could not be happier with the purchase.

Purchased the Freesky Rocky Pro for the wife. The more she rides the more she raves about the bike. Perfect size for 5'2" and ease of use. Also want to express the after sales service.
