Great bike. Super happy so far. Assembly was easy and fairly quick, though the manual could be improved. I’ve already put over 60 miles in over the first three days. Performance is great. The ride is great. It’s a heavy bike but that isn’t an issue for me. I’m a big guy 250 lbs. Range seems in line with claims so far but I have pushed below 40% yet. Torque when both motors are active is very impressive. Motorcycle quick. I did hit that 33 mph shutdown limit that others have mentioned. Pulling the battery resets. But I’m sure I’ll figure that out and it really isn’t much of an issue for me anyway. Overall quality seems very good so far. Great value compared to the name brand bikes I had been considering. I’d buy this again if I needed a 2nd bike.

Very impressed with the quality of the bike. Welds are good, ease of assembly was very good, and the ride is excellent. I'm 77 years old, 6' tall and 210 lbs., the bike was easy to mount and dismount. I will need a larger seat in the future if I want to go on longer rides. This bike exceeds the speeds needed, but it's nice to know it has the power if the situation ever requires it. Value for the money exceeded my expectations.

I rode it across town. Still learing features and functions. I don’t think one button is working but rode about 20 miles battery has about 45 percent left and I drove most of the way at 28 mph both motors and I weight 310 lbs. I am happy with the purchase.

The sellers customer representative helped to get my refund. Because of his efforts and several chats, I gave 5 stars Seller will not reply to request for return. First bikes ordered for my wife and myself were the same, after assembly of one we realized it was too big for her. I reordered a smaller model from same seller then requested directions for return of the (still in the box bike) no response after two requests! I wanted to warn others not to be taken by FREESKY. If they won’t take a still in the box refund, will they honor their warranty? I have my doubts

Bought an E bike for myself different company but with the bigger battery got this one for the wife this one’s a little slower than mine. Both bikes had 3000 W motors. The electrical wiring is not as tight as mine but all in All gets the job done. She’s afraid to go fast.
