Cool Bike! I was pretty excited to get this, HOWEVER when I got it the battery and/or charger would not charge the battery. In short, the charger was damaged. I contacted the manufacturer and they were great and sent a new battery and charger. The bike rips and looks to be fairly well built -this is my 3rd ebike. The one thing I have noticed is how smooth and quiet this one shifts. ** update 04/03/25 -I have put approximately 363 miles on this bike now. Was doing awesome but the past three rides home the power to the motor cut out and remained off until I let it cool down. We aren't even hot here yet which is a real concern. Their customer service has been great up and to this point. I contacted them through their website a few days ago and have not heard back from them hope to soon **update April 6. Customer service got in toich and are sending replacement parts. Have to say -their customer service is excellent! And hinestl5 -I love this bike ... show more

After extensive research the Freesky ebike was clearly a great choose. The quality and power of this bike is awesome. The after sale customer support is the best as I had a few question and they responded immediately. Just remember their time zone is 12 hours opposite. This bike is very powerfull and fast and I got it up to 36MPH and if your in better shape than me you may get a few more mph. So far i have over 100 miles on it and I love it. Oh 1 more thing. Half the miles are off road in the mud, rocks and rough Terran. The suspension is great!!! You will be happy ... show more

Derailleur hanger was seriously bent on receipt. I tried twice to get service and was snubbed both times and had to take the bike to a shop that charged me 100$ to bend it back.

I have had this bike for a few months now and it’s awesome! It’s very powerful and fast. I did buy their optional upgraded rear shock and that made it even better. The battery seems to last forever! Freesky has great customer service.
