This eBike, Warrior Pro, is loaded with power and features. I love it! I purchased the pro assembly option and glad I did. Watching the techs, It would have been difficult for me to do myself. They made it a breeze. I am working through some fine tuning currently, some squeaks and rubbing sounds. Freesky gets right back to me and is helping me troubleshoot. Once I get it tweaked, I'll be set. Their service is excellent! The bike is very sturdy, looks sharp and rides amazing! It is very powerful! Start slow, first gear, speed one, to get used to it first! On only PAS 3, pedal assist speed, it really gets up and goes! The full suspension gives a great ride on dirt, rough roads and trails. Headlight, tail light, turn signals add to the experience. I love the rack on the back. I can strap on a few things and be out for the day. This bike is versatile and suits both on and off road riding well, which is what I was looking for! I am barely 5'3" and was very concerned shopping eBikes for not only the best features, but also the right size. This bike is just right. With the seat down all the way, I can just touch the ground and no problem standing over. The top bar on this model is low enough to make easy mount and dismount, without being a step-through. The handlebar position also adjusts, great feature. Overall, I love this bike and feel once I get it fine tuned, it will be an amazing addition to my outdoor adventures! ... show more

This is my first ebike, so I looked at every ad and forum I could find before I made up my mind. I have friends that ride quite a bit using a more expensive ebike. What made up my mind was the quick response from Freesky to any question, and the online videos in the forums. This bike had better range and speed than most and higher ratings. I worked with Daisy when choosing this bike. She was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly while answering all my questions. I purchased this as a Christmas present for my fiance. It came on time and with everything needed to assemble it, including a video. I was so impressed with the quality of the construction that I ordered another bike for myself. Fantastic power (using both motors) even when pulling 200 lbs of weight on a steel cargo trailer (see my added photo). Fully loaded, I get just over 20 mph on Drive Mode 5 (albeit on level roads in NE Florida)...and peddling is still easy.

Outstanding quality. Bike is hefty... 90lbs... which is why it isn't cheap. However: Installation and Operation instructions were written by an 8yr old. It'll take a bit to figure them out but once you do, the bike is great.

Very bad customer service. Hard to talk to and they don't answer the phone. Instructions to bike are vague and packaging is poorly put together. I made a mistake buying Freesky. Beware.
