The media could not be loaded. Great bike and Good customer service. It will get up to 35-38 miles an hour on the highest pedal assist with minimal pedaling effort. It’s ideal for commuting in traffic where the speed limit is 35. You will be able to keep up with the flow of traffic. High quality construction and equipment. The only downside for me was that at about 180 miles my motor stopped working. But after contacting customer service and showing them the error code, they sent me a new on in the mail! It was easy to install the new motor core. It’s very comfortable and fun to ride around town. You can feel the power of the motor, it accelerates quickly! The mileage per charge is fairly accurate with pedal assist.

Horlan from Freesky E-Bike customer service is second to none, he promptly responds and addressed are questions and concerns. We bought two bikes green and blue. These are solid well-built bikes and assembly was easy. These bikes are powerful, we live in very hilly terrain and was amazed these bikes had no problem carrying my 215 lbs up steep inclines. Like I said these bikes are solid a little on the heavy side at close to 100 lb. I'm 6 ft tall and my wife is 5'10 and we are both comfortable handling the height of these bikes.

This was the first E-bike (Blue Alaska Pro) that I’ve purchased. I live in the mountains so I wanted to use it for when I go fishing and hunting for quietness. The package came two days earlier than expected, which was awesome. I've only put 50 miles on so far, and been using pedal assistant 1 (trying to lose weight, but need the help). The bike is pretty fast, and the first 50 miles it still had a full battery. It was a little heavy though which is mostly due to the dual batteries, and the mono shock would bottom out sometimes (DNM air shock on its way), but overall the ride is super nice and is well worth the price, and I get a lot of comments on the style/color of the bike!! The biggest reason I went with FREESKY was the support they give, Horlan was great at supporting me with any questions/concerns I had even before I had received my new E-bike, now that is service!!

Love this bike. I actually bought it to do deliveries, and it works quite well for this. The bike is sturdy, well built, and fast, and the dual in frame batteries provide enough power to last about 3-4 hours on each charge at pedal assist 4, which is plenty fast enough to cruise at 25mph or so. The ride is much smoother than other ebikes I've tried. I mostly ride it on the street, but there have been times where I've ended up on trails, and the suspension does a very good job of handling the bumps. I've put almost 4000 miles on the bike already, and everything has held up great. The only thing I will say as a caveat with this bike is that it does have a high frame. I'm 5'11", and sometimes it can be a little bit of a stretch to get my leg over the top. But that is the only thing I've been able to see thus far that could be a problem for some people. Freesky has other bikes that have lower frames, so it's not really a problem, just something to consider with this particular model. Since I'm using it for deliveries, I needed to order a couple extra batteries. The customer service and communication from freesky was terrific. They got me one battery almost right away, and the other is on its way from China. I'll update when it arrives, but they have been great every step of the way so far. Overall, great bike, great company. Highly recommended.

The bike came in two shipments a few days apart but everything was in good shape. The assemble went well and following the instruction. Took my new bake out on 4 or 5 rides of longer and longer lengths including pedaling to see how it would do using it in a mixed mode and it was much easier than I expected. I love the bike and find every mode works well for me based on the situation. Long rides using power mode are my goto at this point and I even went down on the beach and on paths through the woods in the dirt. So roads, sand, beach, and dirt trails it worked well and had all the power I needed or wanted. I have not maxed out the speed yet but I am sure I will soon. At first I had a problem with a password, but we figured it out. I love the bike to the max! I'll try to add some video and pictures later

This bike is awesome. It comes 80% assembled, and it took me an hour to complete the assembly. Horlan from Freesky customer service is awesome. He called me and asked if I had any issues or questions about my new Freesky Alaska. I told him ai had no issues and I love my new bike. I recommend it anyone. Good value for the money. Smooth and fast.
