Simple to put together. Had to download the instructions from online. simple to follow. Recommend to tighten every nut and bolt. Ones holding the decorative side panels had no retention washers nor blue locktite on them. If I hadn't tightened them, I'm sure the would have vibrated off soon. Performance with the two motors was amazing in comparison to my RadRover 5. The front wheel breaking traction can be a bit disconcerting. Be careful and be cautious until you get comfortable as this is a pretty high performance eBike. The ride felt good absorbing bumps with the front shocks. The rear shocks seems a bit stiff. I checked them before and they looked like they were as loose as them could be. I need to outreach to FreeSky to see if they are adjustable to soften the rear shocks to change them out as an upgrade. Nothing too harsh and softer than the RadRover 5. Rode 23 miles, felt better than doing the same on the RadRover and the battery still showed a full charge. I'm thinking about just going for a 6 hour ride to deplete the battery and see if this is indeed a 200 mile battery. So far, I'm very impressed with this eBike!

I absolutely love love love this bike and also everyone over at freesky too thank you for being such good kind hearted people they really out did themselves with this bike tho At this price itd be hard too beat in my opinion. the bike is so fun and fast im just having to charge it for The first time technically second but first time after using it all the way from full to empty and I ride basically full throttle fast as I can the whole time and I got just under 60 miles off 1 charge im also bigger like 330 lbs this is my 6th electric bike iv owned and absolutely hands down no question this if by far my favorite one out of all of them its better then my ecells tht cost over twice what this one did the customer service is unbelievably great too there all around an amazing company my bike came without the front tire on accident I reached out let them know sent pictures to show them and multiple people reached back out to me right away and helped me fix the issue they must have drove it to the post office right tht second or something because i have no clue how they did it so fast but I got the tire only 2 days later at like 11am it was insane how fast it came and I was so stressed at first thinking I was gonna be screwed and I kinda let them know I was worried so they sent me the tracking number and everything right away to ensure me that it was on the way and true to there word it came in when they said it was gonna they even reach out after to let me know the morning it came tht the tire was due to arrive that morning and to remind me to keep an eye out for it so id just like to say thank you to every one over at freesky you guys are amazing you really go out of your way and above and beyond any other costumer service iv ever delt with or heard about you guys realy care about the customer and you hands down have already shown and have proven tht with me thank you for everything and the amazing bike this is no question about it a 5 star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ company with 5 star people
