This was the first E-bike (Blue Alaska Pro) that I’ve purchased. I live in the mountains so I wanted to use it for when I go fishing and hunting for quietness. The package came two days earlier than expected, which was awesome. I've only put 50 miles on so far, and been using pedal assistant 1 (trying to lose weight, but need the help). The bike is pretty fast, and the first 50 miles it still had a full battery. It was a little heavy though which is mostly due to the dual batteries, and the mono shock would bottom out sometimes (DNM air shock on its way), but overall the ride is super nice and is well worth the price, and I get a lot of comments on the style/color of the bike!! The biggest reason I went with FREESKY was the support they give, Horlan was great at supporting me with any questions/concerns I had even before I had received my new E-bike, now that is service!!

Love this bike. I actually bought it to do deliveries, and it works quite well for this. The bike is sturdy, well built, and fast, and the dual in frame batteries provide enough power to last about 3-4 hours on each charge at pedal assist 4, which is plenty fast enough to cruise at 25mph or so. The ride is much smoother than other ebikes I've tried. I mostly ride it on the street, but there have been times where I've ended up on trails, and the suspension does a very good job of handling the bumps. I've put almost 4000 miles on the bike already, and everything has held up great. The only thing I will say as a caveat with this bike is that it does have a high frame. I'm 5'11", and sometimes it can be a little bit of a stretch to get my leg over the top. But that is the only thing I've been able to see thus far that could be a problem for some people. Freesky has other bikes that have lower frames, so it's not really a problem, just something to consider with this particular model. Since I'm using it for deliveries, I needed to order a couple extra batteries. The customer service and communication from freesky was terrific. They got me one battery almost right away, and the other is on its way from China. I'll update when it arrives, but they have been great every step of the way so far. Overall, great bike, great company. Highly recommended.

Very good bike, my 1st e-bike. Have been very impressed with the ride and comfort. It is heavy due to massive batteries but I needed for hunting. Easy to assemble and had only one small issue from shipping that is being resolved by Horlan. One word of advice: be aware of scammers after the fact and only deal with the people from Freesky (email). I almost got scammed due to my issue but thankfully figured it out, but somehow the scammer got my #. Already have 20 miles on it and 90% battery life still.

I got my Freesky 2025 alaska pro m-520 on Oct 7 and have been having the time of my life on it. Its all that and a bag of chips, I live in north San Diego county kinda ebike paradise there's a trail from my house called the San Luis ray river trail that is like 10miles long and comes out at the Oceanside Harbor from there you can go all the way to San Diego along the coast at first not knowing what kind of range Id get I was cautious about going to far but have averaged like 70 miles a charge and man what fun it goes anywhere rode a single track today in bonsai that's a horse trail with deep sand couldn't believe how my bike just plowed thru Ive put 1500 miles on it in one month whthout a problem its just a great bike love it to death

I've been looking for a ebike for a long time I ordered thie alaska because of the dual batteries and the range it appeared better than most so I decided to get it ordering and delivery was very easy I got the bike a week after ordering when I got the bike in I opened the box and everything was packaged very well and secure when I unpacked the bike it was a beautiful bike it far exceeded what I was expecting it assembled very quickly it was very easy to assemble and everything fit and worked properly right out of the box the first time i took it for a ride it rode great and was very fast the fastest I got it to go was 41.4 mph otherwise I usually average about 36mph this bike is great I'm really enjoying it I would definately buy another one and we did I bought a rocky pro for my mother and she loves it great job freesky
