Love this bike. I actually bought it to do deliveries, and it works quite well for this. The bike is sturdy, well built, and fast, and the dual in frame batteries provide enough power to last about 3-4 hours on each charge at pedal assist 4, which is plenty fast enough to cruise at 25mph or so. The ride is much smoother than other ebikes I've tried. I mostly ride it on the street, but there have been times where I've ended up on trails, and the suspension does a very good job of handling the bumps. I've put almost 4000 miles on the bike already, and everything has held up great. The only thing I will say as a caveat with this bike is that it does have a high frame. I'm 5'11", and sometimes it can be a little bit of a stretch to get my leg over the top. But that is the only thing I've been able to see thus far that could be a problem for some people. Freesky has other bikes that have lower frames, so it's not really a problem, just something to consider with this particular model. Since I'm using it for deliveries, I needed to order a couple extra batteries. The customer service and communication from freesky was terrific. They got me one battery almost right away, and the other is on its way from China. I'll update when it arrives, but they have been great every step of the way so far. Overall, great bike, great company. Highly recommended.

I love this bike!! I can’t really speak to the possible range yet, as I love to go fast, and I already knew that eats up the battery much quicker. But it rides and handles very well, and has some great features! The Smart key tag to activate the power on is pretty cool, and the controls are efficient and easy to navigate. Heads up - it’s heavy! That’s a good thing though, as it makes it very stable at the high speeds. The customer service with FREESKY has been super helpful, with prompt communications addressing all my questions! Horlan, in particular, actually reached out via text to assist me with an upgrade! This is my 3rd e-bike, and my favorite by far. I would seriously consider checking out more models to meet my different riding needs. 👍

Bike seems to be well built. Was relatively easy to assemble. it is rather heavy, close to 100 lbs.. I've used it to get back and forth to work for a couple of weeks now as well as a few long leisure rides. Everything is working well. The battery still says it's fully charged. So far, I'm happy with the purchase and am enjoying my first e-bike.

I am very pleased with my bike! Riding with an average of 2 to 3 PAS (with occasional boosts up to 5 and 37 MPH) I can easily get over 100 miles on a single charge, and I weigh 220 lbs. It is well built and rugged with plenty of power. I am really looking forward to using it for hunting this fall.

I purchased 2 Alaska e bikes one for me and the other for my wife so we could do some off road and on road exploring while getting exercise at the same time. The bikes came fully protected and honestly took longer to remove all the protective packaging than it did to assemble the bike. I was impressed with the quality of the bikes and the fact that most of the parts are known Brands and replaceable. On road the battery life is great we did 36 miles on pedal assist 2 without any battery level drop. Off road I did 13 miles and decided to put it to the test which included some pretty gnarly trails which were probably a bit extreme for its intended use but it did really well, battery level dropped 1 bar and I was exhausted. Keep in mind I'm trying to get exercise along with some needed assist. I didn't buy the bike expecting it to pull my dead weight (190 lb) around all day long for miles and miles. If you are in decent shape and want to use medium effort from time to time you can cover alot of ground on or off road and get great mileage out of the batteries. I suspect if you buy a bike like this to not put any effort into pedaling the battery obviously isn't go to go as far, as for my purposes it suits me perfectly knowing I can go just about anywhere and know I can have a powerful motor and battery life to make it back home. 😎
