My bike arrived in a strong box and inside, the bike frame, wheels and parts were very secure. I cut the box down each side so I didn’t have to lift this 80lb beast. I assembled it by myself. It’s heavy so I removed the battery to make it easier to lift the front forks onto the front wheel. I ran into an issue. When I pushed the front wheel skewer through the wheel, something was blocking it. I decided to ask ChatGPT what it thought. I gave it a picture as well. My boy swore up and down it was a permanent plug and my bike wasn’t supposed to have a skewer type. So I reached out to customer support and was helped by a gentleman I think named Andy he asked me to hold on and he would get in touch with his technician. They got back to me and told me to try to find something to tap that blockage out and so I found something that could go through it and I tapped it and sure enough it came right out I was able to connect the wheel. I told Chat he messed up big time. He agreed. Any how, the point being the customer support is excellent. Not super fast because of time difference, but personal and accurate. The bike ride is good. Powerful and immediate acceleration. Uphill = easy. Gears change pretty flawlessly. Pedal assist is fun. Rear shocks are decent, front are a little firm out of the box. I rode at night and the lights are great! I’ve only put 10 city street miles on it so I can’t speak for more than that for now. Maybe I’ll update later. ... show more

Bike is great! Easy to assemble. Came with accessories. Nice heavy frame. Got for my nephew. He's all over town with it now. He says it got a very smooth ride and accelerates quickly. Very responsive. Also very quick to respond sellers when we had a question!!

Great bike. I've only. Done one ride on the bike. Actually long ride anyways. When I first got the bike there was a adjustments. I needed to make to the brakes and also to the chain tensioner. That the shimano derailer, but that when I reached out to free sky customer service. They sent me links to videos on how to make micro adjustments to both of those which solve the problem. Sometimes in shipping, things can get a little out of whack. But all my issues were resolved thanks to the customer service people at free sky. I will be doing a full review of the bike on my YouTube channel. And will do an update to this review with a link to that YouTube video. Also, but I'd have to say I'm pretty happy with my free sky swift. Horse pro, awesome bike and lots, power and customer service. It has done a good job with supporting me.Through the whole process, I would highly recommend free sky and their e.Bikes are awesome ... show more

We bought two of these in July 2024. One Swift Horse and one Wild Cat. Both bikes are well made and come to you 90% Assembled. They are easy to put together and seemed to already set up on the bike ( electronics, Brakes, Shifters etc. ) It's been two years and no issues. We love the bikes. We ride them all the time. Good Quality. Great for my sore knee. Keeps it moving. My only issue ( which is my issue ) The Swift horse is harder to get onto as compared to Wild cat ( walk thru ) I wish we got two Wild Cat. Next time! Get the Freesky. ... show more

The bike itself is great. Solid built and fun to ride. Assembly instructions were lacking a lot of detail. Definitely recommend watching the supplemental video BEFORE starting. We ordered 2 identical bikes. One worked great but the other had multiple issues that eventually led to us shipping that bike back and getting a replacement. Working with David in Customer service was very pleasant and he ultimately got us the replacement bike before our upcoming trip. However the effort we went through to assemble, diagnose and then disassemble that bike could have been avoided if they just did better quality control before boxing & shipping the bike originally. ... show more
