Note it is perfectly FLAT, not shaped to fit your foot. you do want an insole over it to provide proper arch support etc. NOTE: you are ordering ONE - not a pair, if you need both feet, order two. Extremely stiff, will not let the shoe bend under your foot. Really did the trick for my foot issue.

This is very strong and stiff to keep your range of motion limited. Definitely does that. It is thin and easy to put under the insoles. I was able to use this in combination with the arch support insoles I purchased also.

was sent one insole insert. ive dealt with flat feet and every insert under the sun, even have orthotic inserts that wear well over 1000$ id rather walk on broken glass and lava rock this pay this kinda money for a single thin wafer. out of spite, i snapped this thing in have with my bare hands. if your of significant weight, it'll last maybe a day a best. dont waste your money. I've never given such an abrasive review until today.
