You can tell that the manufacturer put their heart and soul into making sure that the customers get the e-bike in perfect condition. The assembly was soooo easy that it took me less than 30 min to do it. I took it Off roading that day to Sycamore Canyon and I have a blast !! Fast fun bike and well built. Came out of the box mostly assembled. I initially had trouble getting it out of the governed European slow mode. But Freego support responded quickly and got me in the right mode. They gave me an email to get in touch with a technician directly. Bike goes really fast and switch it to dual motor and get all the power you need-even with a passenger. The front fender came scratched out of the box and they shipped me a replacement no questions asked. Its got a dual battery if you want to ride it for a really long time but I don't even use the 2nd battery. ... show more

The Freego F-3Pro Max is built for Power and Speed ! Omg ! I bought it for my Brother for his Birthday so he can take it to work and he gets to work on time because he cruise in and out of traffic in the morning. He doesn’t need insurance, no gas, no registration needed and you can take it inside your work space to park it ! The price also is not that bad considering the money you can save by using it everyday to work and a quick trip to the store. I 100% recommend it! ... show more

Recieved my bike yesterday it came complete with everything, easy to put together and get running. My only complaint so far is it won't get over 19.1 mph no matter what I do. Power is set to max, pedal assist is at max and both motors and batteries are engaged. I thought maybe is was because I'm a large (265 lbs) man but my buddies 110 lbs old lady got on it and it topped out at 19.1 mph for her too. I'm really disappointed so far since it is advertised to get up to 34 mph. I've logged complaints with their support dept my low review will be adjusted based on how well they resolve the issue. ... show more

My bike arrived damaged needed replacement parts very slow response from seller and very slow response in shipping the replacement parts to me, The bike has no black-and-white manual , just online videos, which are Not helpful at all in my opinion, The bike has no front indicating lights/turn lights I do like the bike, And is fun to ride , ... show more
