I bought two of these bikes for myself and my son. The bikes are solid, very fun to ride, and fast! Unfortunately, after some riding, my son's rear wheel motor stopped working. It took Freego some time to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem and they at first sent some new parts that didn't resolve it. However, they subsequently sent the entire rear wheel with motor and covered the cost for a bike company to install it. They also extended my warranty to show their commitment to the product!     • Useless instruction manual
The worst assembly instructions ever!!! The instructions that were included required scanning a QR code and the use of You Tube. The manual was absolutely useless and there was nothing available for troubleshooting. I ended up figuring out how to change to US mode on my own for the maximum speed that was promised. The seller attempted to help, but was through text format which was time consuming with many back and forth texts and in the end he did not know how to fix the issue and was going to send a request for help to China. This item is advertised as able to go 34mph. It Does Not. This E Bike Only Goes 16mph at Best. -Update, the company finally contacted me after I left a bad review. After about 2 weeks of not hearing from them about how to adjust the max speed, I left a bad review and the next day I had the information on how to take off the speed governor. Now it goes the 34mph as advertised. Also to note the front motor has lots of power and not much weight on it. It can get wobbly when first taking off. Be carful not to get thrown off. ... show more

Fast fun bike and well built. Came out of the box mostly assembled. I initially had trouble getting it out of the governed European slow mode. But Freego support responded quickly and got me in the right mode. They gave me an email to get in touch with a technician directly. Bike goes really fast and switch it to dual motor and get all the power you need-even with a passenger. The front fender came scratched out of the box and they shipped me a replacement no questions asked. Its got a dual battery if you want to ride it for a really long time but I don't even use the 2nd battery. ... show more

My bike arrived damaged needed replacement parts very slow response from seller and very slow response in shipping the replacement parts to me, The bike has no black-and-white manual , just online videos, which are Not helpful at all in my opinion, The bike has no front indicating lights / Turn lights. The rear suspension/shock absorber needs to be improved for on road use. And Especially if using off-road, The LED light indicators on the turn signal / control housing DO NOT LIGHT UP and the rider is unable to tell if the turn lights are on or off unless he or she stops the bike and looks ? ... show more

I’ve had problems with this bike from day one all of which I’ve had to diagnose and DIY myself because Freego will not answer any of my emails nor can I reach someone through call or text. I wish I hadn’t gotten rid of the box so I could send this POS back to them. Don’t believe the 2 year warranty it’s a lie they will not respond to you!!! ... show more
