I was concerned when the package arrived because the box had some damage and had clearly been opened. The product itself seemed to be fine, with minimal to no damage. It is a bit bigger than I expected, but that was my fault for not checking and not a negative. So far works as described, easy to hold, and feels nice on the scalp. I haven’t tried to clean it yet, but it shouldn’t be hard at all.

I’ve struggled with dry scalp for quite a while and whenever I would shampoo and condition my hair I never really knew if the product was getting down to my roots when I was just using my hands. I recently found this and it’s made my shampooing experience much easier! Not only does it feel good on the head, I know for sure that my products are getting deep into my roots. I seldom write reviews. I have thinning hair due to a thyroid condition. I use this to massage castor and rosemary oil (Mielle) on my scalp so it covers more area, massages in the scalp, and doesn't run down my face. I have lil hairs hopping back up all over the place!!! Additinally, it feels soooo good to massage my scalp with this! If you're even thinking about buying this, do it.
