This is my 2nd, as the first wasn't even close to fitting. Used amazon size chart, but had to go up 2 sizes up. I am 5'3", 155lbs, 38C chest, and a 31" waist and a 2xl is what fit me. This was part of a Halloween costume. The laces in the back, tie in the middle. Make sure the back is pretty loose to try to get the front closed. The closures a cheap looking/feeling matte silver thin metal, but not to noticable once you get it on. Once on, make sure you get the waist tight, or it will ride down a bit. I suggest having someone else do this part, as tying ribbon loops is not easy by yourself in the middle of your back. There is a fabric flap to cover behind the laces, which again, I recommended a second person to help straighten that after cinching and getting it tied. Definitely has good structure, as I had to sit straight up to drive and eat. The laces and front bow are a satin material, and seem decent quality. The ruffles are well attached, and the fabric isn't itchy. I would buy again. ... show more

I’d like to start out with, this is a really gorgeous piece and I love it so much. The pattern, everything is beautiful and I dont regret purchasing but there were a few snags. If you are a big-boob girly, the top part started to fold over about halfway through my day at the renn faire. It wasnt really a big deal for me because I was wearing a chemise underneath, but that would have been a big problem for me if I was not.. There was also an issue with the stitching in the front. It held up really well the first few times I tried it on, but some of the boning started to pop out right before the first day of the renn faire!! I had only tried it on two or three times for an hour at a time by this point so it was kind of upsetting. I was able to safety pin the hole shut for the faire, and it’s totally a doable fix, but just wanted to put that out there!! ... show more

The corset itself is nice and for one or two uses it is good. The only thing I noticed were the metal pieces on the front bent a bit and we’re hard to get off. The lace on the back is also really long and you will definitely have to cut them if you don’t want them dragging on the floor all night. And i usually am a size medium and got a large, and it fit great. Just make sure you have someone else to help you tighten everything. :) ... show more

Ok looks great and really sinches in like a corset should but there's a few things.. first, the eyelets in the front are the HARDEST to keep together. When one goes in three come out! Took me longer to clasp the front then it did me replacing a headlight assembly lol. And second, my girls are just kinda there, the top doesn't have support like some of my other corsets do. I put my own darts to make it fit properly otherwise a wardrobe malfunction was in the forseen future. But I love the look and besides those darn eyelets in the front it's pretty cute! ... show more

I’m 5’3 weigh 112 with a 26 waist and a 32b I wear a small in everything and reading the comments made me conflicted on sizing down or up so I decided to get a small and it fits and closes all the way but the boob part doesn’t, it doesn’t lift the girls and there’s a big gap, in the picture I used some booby tape but it didn’t do much so if your a part of the itty bitty titty committee and pretty skinny size down to avoid that gap ... show more

I loved this corset so much. the colors and feel are so nice. if you are large chested get some tape or something cuz this isn’t going to keep you up at all. the “boning” is plastic and offers little support other than keeping you cinched. if you don’t sit up straight the “boning” will bend a lot.

I really love this item! But I have a couple problems with the item. I normally wear a 3x so I read the reviews before purchasing this and I went a size up to a 4x and it still doesn’t fit. I tried it on and the snaps in the front I was only able to snap the 1st top two and the last bottom one. Nothing went right with this corset. It’s a beautiful corset, completes my Halloween costume perfectly and is quite flattering. The strings allows for a lot of adjusting, which I like considering I typically have a lil bit of a tummy. Beware for the smaller boobed girls, there’s a little bit of extra space in the bust area, but I will see if I can tighten it more to make it more secure around my top half.
