This was a last minute purchase for a Halloween party. The costume is gorgeous but I ordered a large, the skirt was larger than I needed but the corset was very small. I am a 36D bra size & I had to loosen the back a lot to fit it. It did loosen up enough to fit but my back skin was exposed all night. The outfit is amazing!! I loved how it turned out. The only issue is finding the right size. I followed the chart and it still didn’t fit. I had to go up 4 sizes. Im usually a medium and I had to do 3XL. The top and bottom don’t fit the same. My fits order was an XL the top fit but the bottom did. The 3XL top fit but the skirt was too big. I typically wear an extra large but ordered a 3XL because in my experience these things run a bit small. I figured I could cinch it up if it was too big. Well, that was not an issue. This is WAY TOO SMALL. It didn't cover one breast. My 15 year old wears a size 2 jeans and small t-shirts and this was just a tad big on her. I am very disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing this as part of my saloon girl costume. I guess I'll have to hit up Spirit of Halloween for a cookie cutter costume. I included pics showing the cup size of the corset compared to a 34 D bra. As well as Size 0 (large)Torrid underwear compared to a 3XL G-string. Full disclosure I didn't bother to try the skirt on once I saw my daughter wearing it over baggy sweatpants. ... show more

I bought this to dress up for a murder mystery dinner, and the whole outfit turned out fantastic! This dress really was the perfect thing! I do wish the skirt had just a tiny bit more fabric around the waistband, kind of like a yoga band. Because it is in two pieces, I didn't like the look when I had skin show between the top and bottom (it ruined the illusion of being a dress). Overall, the top is extremely flattering, and it wasn't a super thin material like I was worried it would be for the price. It has good structure. The bottom is pretty, with a lace overlay on top of a satin under skirt. The ruffles give it some fullness, but it isn't bulky or heavy. The skirt had a zipper and it had an elastic waistband, and it sat well on my hips. It is super cute! Wish I had another occasion to wear it to! ... show more

Came out of the package with one of the plastic bones poking out - but I needed it for a costume and it was too late to return it. What I got looked great for the event, but didn’t last. I did not want to invest in a $100 real corset, so I got what I paid for. Zipper broke the night I wore it, and I wasn’t doing anything very active. It LOOKED BEAUTIFUL though: sexy, comfortable. The corset has a zipper, so I was able to lace to to where I wanted it, then zip it. I am 5’8” dress size 20, bra 4OG. I bought a 6x. The panel didn’t go the distance for me, so it tucked it in, I liked the back out, and didn’t mind the exposed bra. Yes, I Definitely needed to wear a bra under so I wore a pretty strapless and let it peek out a little. The skirt part fit a little big. It is not adjustable l, so there is no way to cinch it. I kinda wish they sold separate pieces. I’m top heavy. Needed the 6x for the Girls - but probably a 4x in the waist / hips. ... show more

When I ordered this, Amazon kept saying that based on some reviews a large would fit me best and a XL would be to big. Most of the time, it is right but this time it wasn't for the corset top but correct for the skirt as i am a odd size and the skirt is stretchy with a zipper on the back. But I didn't let that stop me. Instead of returning for another size, I just went out and got ribbon to expand it a bit and got a bodysuit to tuck in my stomach some. I got this to be the main piece of my costume this year as a steampunk looking vampire (a pun for my work since I work at night and I sleep all day). The product didn't smell bad, it was comfortable to wear for a few hours (definitely not a long-time wear outfit), easy to put on when you have the back of the corset tied right and it didn't break on me at all even with it tied really tight. Made for a perfect costume in the end and I can reuse it as I see fit so I get more use out of it other than those cheap ones you get from costume stores. Highly recommend this product! ... show more
