So far so good!
So far I don't have any complaints! Came quickly, product was in good condition. I love the smart feature and unlike my old one, there is no long waiting period for the smart apps to load before you can dive right in. Good TV for the price! (: *I've had it about a week and I haven't had any trouble with freezing or apps closing on their own

Nice TV
This TV has a nice sound and picture. Only reason for giving it only 4 stars is that the Google form of setup is too complicated for me (and maybe most others). Fortunately it has 2 choices on setting this TV up, the 2nd method is to set it up as a standard TV. Otherwise, it is a great TV for the price.

Terrible
It's okay when it works, but it is constantly disconnecting from the hdmi sources. Sometimes it's just the sound, sometimes it's the picture and sound. I've tried 3 different cables all with the same result
