Had issues with wand as it stopped working after 7 months. Reached out to FoxyBae via their website and was able to get the support needed to get a replacement. I appreciate the Foxybae Customer Service for helping resolve the situation. Shopping Foxybae again soon!

My boyfriend got me this for my birthday. Love the wand. High quality. Works well. Leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth. Curls stay all day. Love that you can adjust the temperature and change out the attachments. Comes with a glove and a thermal carrying case. Really good deal! I only ever use 2 of the attachments though so it is kind of a waste. Even still, we probably would've spent more money buying 2 separate wands than we spent on this set!

I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY TO BE IGNORED. THERE SERVICE WAS GREAT WITHIN THE YEAR OF PURCHASE BUT AFTER THAT HAD EXPIRED YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. UPDATE TODAY - CALLED TO GET SOME HELP ON THE REPLACEMENT ITEM AND THEY TOLD ME THEY CANT HELP ME AND I MENTIONED THAT I READ THIS SEEMS TO BE COMMON IN THE REVIEWS AND THE LADY RUDELY SAID "GO AHEAD AND LEAVE A NEGATIVE COMMENT" SHE WAS VERY RUDE.
