The media could not be loaded. This is a small screen unit .not at all what t pictures . Very complex operation. This was a total waste of money. Should have stuck with a brand I’m familiar with. The description is very vague as well .

Ive had my fair shre of scanners, and this one is a nice unit. it works well, and does the job. However, I have another scanner that gives me way more features and lets me do certain coding changes. But this one works well and gets the job done. it is slow to get booted, but once up it works well and allows me to diagnose issues with the car saving me a ton of money on diagnostic fees. I always try to fix issues myself if possible, and this tool is priceless in that respect. Its a must have to have a good scanner and this one is very good. ... show more

Overall, I am pleased with this scanner. Scanner price is dictated by functions and screen size. The more functions a scanner includes the higher price is. The larger the screen the higher the price is. This scanner has a smaller screen than I would like and is smaller than it appears in the pictures, but the manufacturer clearly states several times it is a 5.5" screen. Still, I think the pics may lead you to believe it is larger than it is. This smaller screen allows the manufacturer to include more functions at a lower cost, so it is a tradeoff. I have used several Foxwell scanners, and I have been happy with all of them. The screen is responsive and has a good resolution that is easy to read. The menu is intuitive and easy to navigate. The main thing is for you to know what you need, this scanner is a great option for someone that needs above basic but will not use it enough to justify a $500 scanner. Know what you're needs are and you will not be disappointed with this scanner. 5 STARS ... show more

This is a quality product at an amazing price! This is very easy to use. It has features in it that I was very impressed by, especially for the price. It’s very accurate and does everything I intended for it to do and more. This would be an excellent gift for someone that works in vehicles or that owns a Mercedes-Benz. It does state on the listing that you can add other car brands by paying $60-80 but I have no clue where or how to do that and am very interested in that if it’s actually an option. It has a nice carrying case or storage case. The screen is beautiful and clear. Free updates is the best part. A lot of these make you pay for updates. Touchscreen is very responsive.
