The media could not be loaded. I purchased the XE-Pro 8040 kit and enhanced it by installing linear rails on both the X and Y axes. The machine’s precision and build quality have truly impressed me. All components fit together perfectly, requiring only minor adjustments to properly align the tracking. I mainly use this CNC router to manufacture wooden products for sale, and it has operated reliably without any issues. On a couple of occasions, I reached out to the Fox Alien support team, and they responded quickly and effectively to my questions. *** year later, need a 3rd control board *** At this time I cannot recommend the foxalien cnc machine. After a few months, I am still not up and running. My work load is all backed up and customer service has been very slow. They have sent me new controller parts bit by bit instead of replacing the whole unit. I also purchased the laser which has problems as well. At this point not sure if that is the controller or the laser. I have so far behind on work and they just told me they are gone for a holiday and won't respond for a week or so. If they get this resolved and the machine is working flawlessly, I will come back and update this reivew. But based on my experience, I would stay away at the moment. ... show more
