It took me an afternoon to assemble by myself but once done, really like it! The minimalist style is a welcome change from all the typical carpet covered cat trees. The cats really seemed to like it from the start. Both the small 7 pounder and the big 14 pounder started by first using the scratch pad, then the soft cozy and comfortable pads for snoozing. Lovely cat tree. Well designed for larger cats - not just in size, but sturdy supports to match. I had a small problem with a misformed piece of hardware that their customer service responded quickly to replace. I'm happy with the tree and the service.

It was a little difficult to assemble at first. I had to take a few pieces apart and turn them the right direction because the instructions were not easy to understand. But once I got it figured out, it came together nicely. It is really sturdy and the cats loved it.

Great cat tree. They like all levels except they have no use for the second level (with the rug ramp). The entertainment fluff balls have been fun but mostly disinteresting. The boxed-in level with vents, (second to top level), is Zane's favorite. He looks out the window but feels safe from pounces. We have had two recent roughly magnitude 6 earthquakes. Zane, being a BIG (25lbs), Siberian Forest cat, leaped from his high perch to the back of the sofa, very suddenly both times. Both times the cat tree rocked back and forth, stabilizing itself but never came close to tipping over. This tree is STABLE! ... show more

This is a nice cat tree. It looks great in the space. I will see how well it performs. However, i’m only giving it three stars because the assembly instructions are very poor. I had to disassemble and reassemble this product multiple times. It took much longer than it should have to assemble.
