Does it fit?
I purchased this as the one I took out was noisy and I was no longer getting any air flow at the outlets.on removal, the plastic fan was broken up. This vehicles HVAC box has damage from whatever it endured prior to my ownership. I was able to adjust the debth on the fan on the shaft which I did multiple times for it not to contact the case. I don't suspect anyone else needing thus fan would have the same experience as there had been modifications to the box and I needed to make more to get proper results ... show more

Good quality product, but needs a little modification to fit original motot shaft.
Installed it on the Blower of my 91' Volvo 740. It is a good quality fan-wheel, which is out of metal instead of plastic like the original wheel was. I had to use a 1/1000 inch brass chime though to make the shaft fit snugly, since the hole is a little big to fit on the original motor shaft. If you do not use a chime and tighten the set screw you can get it on there as well, but you will have a large imbalance on the fan, which potentially would ruin the motor bearings and possibly even touch parts or the housing where it is mounted in. Besides having to use a chime and spend a little extra time to set the fan right on the shaft it works beautifully now. ... show more

Perfect fit on '95 Ford E250
IT'S ALIVE! I HAVE HEAT AGAIN! Perfect fit for my '95 Ford e250 van. Cleaned up the motor shaft, lubed it up a bit (dont get nasty on me lol), tapped it down lightly with the hammer n tighten the screw. Easy peasy!

Does work but takes some adjustment
For the price, I rate this fan wheel as pretty good. The hole is a little too large and had to mess around with making a shim just the right size to keep the wheel from wobbling and hitting the surrounding housing. What should have taken 10 minutes to replace, took over an hour.

Great Replacement Fan
Installed in a 1993 Ford E-350. Fit perfectly. It is slightly deeper than the OEM plastic fan and I read many reviews how it does not fit some applications. I made sure I installed it as close to the motor as possible and I did not have any problems with it. I also believe that it blows slightly more air because if it’s slightly larger profile. ... show more

Well worth the cost

Exact replacement for an 83 Grand Prix LJ with AC, and probably most other GM G Body cars. Same diameter, same height, set screw installation instead of keyed to the shaft. Blades are more aggressive than stock, but original motor was seized, so comparison to stock unavailable.

Do not trust this product
Do not trust the description concerning this product. It is a universal fit only. Do not trust the website that guarantees fitment. Measure your old fan before purchasing. I returned mine because the guarantee fit was not even close. Read the reviews, this is a common problem. BUYER BEWARE.
