I had purchased this same watch originally in 2015. At the time it was one of my favorite watches. I ended up giving it to a relative that really liked it. I paid $92.00 for it at the time. I have had this watch on my wish list for some time. When I saw the price drop down in the $60's, I jumped on it quickly. It is a nice watch. I bought this watch two years ago, and have been VERY rough on it. It fits well, but some of you with smaller wrists may need to get a few links taken out. I like the metal bands better than the leather, simply because my wrist doesn't get sweaty and stick, or stink. This watch survived two deployments, and five countries. Yes it's all scratched up, but those scratches didn't come easy. The finish is pretty solid. You'd have to bear down really hard with a sharp object to put a scratch it. Over time, the finish will rub off where the links meet if you wear it constantly like I have, but that's expected. In the two years I've owned it, I've only taken it off to bathe or to wear another watch for special occasions. People say brands don't matter, but I would choose this watch over a g shock or other "tough watch any day. It always kept time down to the second months at a time. For the price, you can't beat this watch!! If you are looking to get into watches or just want a durable and good looking watch for a great price for quality -- this is the watch to go for!! The machined black and beautiful dial allow this watch to be used in many scenes. It is great for dressing up or down and works well with other bands due to the fast quick release band system, my favorite band style on a watch. Use the original black metal band or swap in a leather or nato style strap for the your preferred look (22mm width). I use an OD green nylon stitched over leather for daily use, the original band for church or similar scene, and a leather fossil band for an elegant classy look (My favorite look with this watch). ... show more

Update: Amazon has refunded the amount of the crown. I appreciate them making it right and have updated my rating. The watch is great and was a appreciated gift. I received the watch with no “Crown” and since it was 30 days since we purchased - was a gift that was not given until 2 days past that. Wow, finally a watch that makes him happy. My only dismay was the pink and white metal box it arrived in. A little too girlie, so be prepared to rewear this awesome watch in something a little more suitable.
