    • Expensive and worth it.
Expensive and amazing. Solid construction. Good instructions. Easy to mount. Easy to change the combo. I’d say the “bad” is it’s expensive. I also expect it to later, well forever.

    • Great safe, great company
I ordered this box and it showed up broken. It happens. The handle is designed to shear off. I called the company and they sent new parts. I replaced the parts and it works great now. Very satisfied. The latch mechanism is good. Simplex lock works great. Foam inside looks to be high quality. Slow to open with the hydraulics so it is NOT a quick access safe, but for a general safe it works just fine. Sturdy and heavy. ... show more

    • The best for a reason!
One of the topics covered in my CCW class was safeguarding firearms at home, especially since the CA city I live in now requires all gun owners to lock their guns up when not home, period. Both in the class and online, this safe has the most recommendations. The key feature is that it using an old-school push button combination. No batteries to go dead or fall out or biometric contact to fail if your hands are wet or dirty. On top of that, it's built like a miniature fortress! It's also roomy enough to hold all three of my compact pistols with room to spare. Since it is rather portable. securing it to something stationary is a must. I would recommend this safe to anyone looking for a trustworthy safeguard for your smaller firearms. ... show more

    • Beautiful finish and will last your lifetime
My electronic safe stopped working, with my gun inside so after breaking into it (fairly easily I might add), I went searching for a purely mechanical safe. This was it. No power required and it will never fail. Expensive yes but a once-in-a-lifetime investment. The metal gauge is extremely thick and un-pryable without multiple hours of work. Only downside is the limited number of combinations, although the ability to use multiple buttons per-press does help complicate the combination (you should utilize multi-button presses). Any person who has the analytical ability to enumerate and test all 1082 possible combinations is most likely not a danger to society. ... show more

    • No batteries needed and secure design
This is my favorite small safe. Harder to defeat than most popular brands. Many can be opened by a curious kid with a screw driver but not this. I bought these for my kids attending college. No batteries needed. Perfect for wallets etc and fits in a dresser drawer.

    • Beauty
Other than being able to be taken from my home, unless I chained it down, this thing hard core! No one’s going to sit down in your house and try and open this thing to get at what’s inside. That said it probably didn’t need to be that heavy duty but for us dudes out there that like to Tim the Tool Man Taylor it this it the way to go! This is a heavy piece and I thought if I can open it as fast as I want I could hit someone with it and it would knock them out. Seriously it is thick and has a great functioning locking system that if maintained will last forever. Unless your in a super humid environment with humidity, dust or whatever this will last a lifetime and maybe more. Pass it along to your kid along with your gun, just tell them the code or he/she will have to ruin it to get inside. ... show more

    • Built Stong and Easy to Access, but could be a Tad bit wider
Great pistol safe for insight my nightstand, allows me to have a pistol easily accessible at night with it unlocked, and safe during the day when I'm not needing a pistol ready to go. I do wish the safe was a tad bit wider so I could fit a suppressor on the end of my pistol for my home defense setup, but other than that, it works as intended. ... show more
