Don't be fooled by the affordable price, it exceeded my expectations! We are adding affordable cosmetic updates to our home and this simple faucet upgrade made a huge difference! It arrived packaged securely with clear instructions - super easy to install! No leaks, excellent water pressure and sleek design. My favorite feature is the pull-down spraying function, I can easily clean pots, pans, and around the perimeter of the whole sink. The sprayer retracts smoothly and is guided in place by a weight hidden under the sink. The deck plate is included and completely covers the previous holes in my sink from the old 3-piece faucet (see picture). The faucet and hand soap dispenser (yay for no more sticky soap bottles on the sink ledge) are sturdy and clean easily - just wipe it down with a paper towel to avoid water spots! Really nice design, looks and operates like a much higher priced model. Sturdy. Has water line connections labeled and built in so that’s great too. I own rental property’s and have done many and this is one of the cleanest and easiest installs. Just one tip the directions don’t tell you is when putting the lines thru the threaded lock nut is to first run the 2 water lines and the Short black line thru the lock nut, while saving the long black line to go thru in after threading the 2 water lines and the shorter black line for the sprayer. All 4 will not go thru at same time but if you do the long black line After the other 3, it will go smoothly. Would buy again! ... show more

First impressions of the faucet are good so far. The box was packed well, everything was laid out well, it came with instructions that on first glance seem like they would guide well - overall presentation was great. Installation was pretty straight forward like other kitchen faucets. My sink is pretty deep so I was in cramped quarters trying to get everything up and running but aside from that it was very simple. Everything was labeled well. Everything fit as it should. The brushed nickel metal works perfect with my sink. I do wish that the weighted ball was a quick attach because screwing in the tiny screws in a small space was a pain but that's my only gripe so far. The water pressure seems great, the different modes work great, the faucet head retracts as it should (let's see how long that holds up though). I can't complain. Overall I think for a faucet on a budget this product really hits it home! Great value in a seemingly good product. Time will tell how long I feel that way but under first impressions I'm impressed with it! ... show more

I love this faucet/sprayer. It's not only great looking with the black and nickle finishes but it is very easy to use. The sprayer has enough length of hose to fill a pot of water on the counter.
