This was really nicely packaged with clear instructions, it seemed to be very good quality especially with the price. We had no problems with the install other than getting the old faucet out. The only thing that was strange is on the instructions, the handle is on the left. If you place it on the right side like we’re used to, hot water is towards you and cold is away which is weird. We kept it that way to stay consistent with the markings for hot and cold on the faucet and because we thought it would be inconvenient to have the lever on the left. No leaks noticed. We were replacing our old leaking faucet and weren’t ready to do any major kitchen upgrades. All in all, we are happy with the product and it will get us through until we’re ready to commit to a renovation. UPDATE: we did end up buying a different faucet head because we did not like the water pressure on this one. It is a 1.8gal/min and we were used to more pressure. We bought a 2.5gal/min faucet head, swapped it out, and are happy with the purchase ... show more

The hot and cold water switches are also easily accessible. This high-arc stainless steel pull-out kitchen sink faucet looks even more substantial in person! Installation is easy! Even a woman can do it! The water flow is also good! I'm very satisfied with it so far! The design is simple and attractive, and it feels heavy and high-quality. The on/off handle also feels good, proving the valve core is good. The faucet is finished very smoothly inside and out, unlike some brands that have a rough, blackened interior. The on/off switch seals well, and the water flow is stable and splash-free. It can be pulled out and drawn to reach even the edges of pots and pans. The multiple water flow modes are very convenient.
