The media could not be loaded. When I bought my utility sink, it came with a cheap plastic faucet. Although it did work fine for several years, it finally gave out and I was looking for a replacement faucet. I didn’t want to spend very much since it’s just a utility sink. I found this faucet and read some of the reviews and decided this is the one. The value for the money is right where it should be. Installing the faucet took less than 15 minutes including removing the old one. All you need is a set of pliers and a Phillips screwdriver. Instructions were very clean. I chose the black for easy cleaning over chrome or nickel. So far no leaks at the water connection or the faucet itself. The size is just right and what you would expect. Although I may or may not recommend this as your primary faucet, it works fantastic for what I needed it for. The quality is pretty nice. The two function stream or sprayer works great. The pause feature is ok, but it requires you to hold the pause button while in pause mode. The soap dispenser was just icing on the cake. Great faucet. Great price. Highly recommend. ... show more

This thing’s slick. Matte black finish looks clean, modern, and doesn’t show fingerprints like polished chrome junk. It’s got that “built for business” look without screaming overpriced showroom. Water pressure? Solid. No sputtering, no lag. Pull-down sprayer snaps back like it’s supposed to—no lazy retraction, no fighting the hose. Spray toggle works clean, doesn’t feel cheap. You can rinse a pan or blast out a sink corner without babysitting it. Functionality’s dialed in. Swivel’s smooth, handle’s responsive, and it doesn’t leak or wobble under daily use. I’ve seen faucets twice the price that feel looser after a week. Price point’s a joke—in a good way. Easily worth $140 based on performance alone. If you’re getting it under that, you’re robbing the manufacturer blind. Only gripe? The base plate won’t seat on countertops thicker than 1½". If you’re running butcher block or anything beefy, skip the plate or be ready to modify. That’s the one miss. I can't speak to its longevity yet, but as someone who has always just looked for faucets at recycle stores or gotten the most basic one, I'm a convert to spending a little more on a decent one now. The next tier down at 30 for a basic usually has somewhat abysmal reviews, and this feels like a quality one, with all the functions you want. Super easy to install, the pull back action is simply a counter weight so not a lot to go loose or wrong, good looking, i got it for my landmate's house but now want one for mine. Easy set up! It took me longer to remove the old faucet than it did to install this one. I have had the different drop down faucets and this one is the best. We bought the nickel model with the soap dispenser because our sink had 4 holes, the 4th being a water sprayer. The faucet covers three holes and the soap bottle replaced the sprayer. My only regret is not getting it in black because you can see dirt, and dried water spots, not a deal breaker but for appearances I have to constantly wipe this down to show it's shine. ... show more
