    • The hole at the base is not completely punched out
As I was installing the vise, I notice that the hole at the base where the nut and the bolt will hold it onto the table is not completely punched out; therefore, the bolt can't go through it. I almost have to return the vise because I broke the screwdriver with my first attempt at punching it out with the hammer. My second attempt is by using the chisel and it did the job. So, if it happens to you, use the chisel or a metal drill not a screwdriver. ... show more

did not hold up, screws kept loosening both internally and externally, welds didn't hold. Literally falling apart at the seams. I didn't expect gold at this price but I expected more than 2 months of use. Spend the extra money and get something that will last longer and doesn't need to be tightened up every day. ... show more

It broke in half. I didn't even use all my force to crank it. And it broke in half. Defective. Poor workmanship I cranked down not even hard. And DID MENTION THAT IT CRACKED IN HALF IN HALF. Don't buy this product. Huge waste of money. Very disturbing.
