I first tried it in my hot tea and it did not desolve and instead clumped up sooo bad that turned into a leather texture couldn't down it.Then I tried in in my room temperature water and mixed better not like the one in hot water.They increased price so I'm not sure if I would reorder and I have to give it time to see if it helps my stomach issues.
