This party pack is a great deal! it does take a bit of effort to string the banners together as well as the flowers, but no artistic skill is needed, it’s just simple assembly and the instructions are easy to follow. The media could not be loaded. Product was beautiful. Colors were beautiful. Quality was great. There was just a lot of assembling going on. If you’re short on time this is not the product for you.
