Description

IMPORTANT: Use Forearm Forklift branded products when you move heavy furnishings. Forearm Forklift Lifting Straps are ergonomically designed to encourage proper body mechanics and lifting techniques and are OSHA accepted to help reduce back injuries due to heavy and repetitive lifting. The straps employ leverage which makes the items being carried seem up to 66 percent lighter. This makes the item easier to carry, go up and down stairs, and turn corners. Forearm Forklift Lifting and Moving Straps are easy to use. Crisscross straps underneath the item being moved, this will provide 8 points of contact support for balance and stability to securely move the item without tipping, put forearms through one of the arm hole loops and stand up. Forearm Forklift Lifting Straps save floors from scratches, scuffs and scrapes that hand dollies leave behind. Each of the straps are 9’ 4” (284.48 cm) long and 3" wide for comfort and strength. Each strap has 3 preset arm hole loops at each end. The loops offer 12 position combinations and allow up to 48” (121.92 cm) of length adjustment to carry medium (MED), large (LG), extra-large (XL) and XX-large (XXL) items. For oversized items or when more strap length is required add 3' 6" (42 inches) of additional strap length with Forearm Forklift Extension EXT (sold separately). These strong straps are rated to support up to 800 pounds. Forearm Forklift Lifting Straps are affordable, safe, ergonomic, adjustable and portable. Conveniently store straps in a drawer, tool box, or under a truck seat.

  • Good product but with some qualifications
Color: Orange Size: 1-Pack Pattern Name: Cargo Strap
Like it shows in the instructional videos they really do make it a LOT easier for 2 people to lift and carry some pretty large objects. The qualifications to that is they are less effective if the objects are too long like a 7 foot sofa or a mattress. They do help by giving you a hand hold but it isn't quite as effortless. Also going up or down stairs is a bit problematic because the leverage caused by the straps is uneven and makes it pretty tough to keep the straps in place on the objects or your arms. I got a pretty serious bruise on one of my arms because the strap shifted going down a set of stairs. So when you are moving something like a cabinet or a dresser it is amazing how much easier it is to lift and carry them. When doing something like a couch or mattress they can still be helpful but it is not nearly as easy. When going down stairs be cautious because of the change in leverage, especially with longer items. ... show more

  • Seriously an amazing lifesaver!
Color: Orange Size: 1-Pack Pattern Name: Cargo Strap
Best moving tool I’ve used for longer objects and heavy objects. I didn’t do anything 300 lbs like appliances but it was awesome for long chest of drawers/cabinets and things that were around 100-150 lbs and hard to grip. Saved us as I remember moving these things without them. I had an appliance dolly for super heavy stuff and I would probably go with that but I dunno, I’ve seen videos of people moving safes with these. Seriously awesome and quick to use. Forearms did get a bit sore and a little bruised after heavy use after a couple days. But compared to lifting the same items without them, I wouldn’t even think twice, but them. ... show more

  • Another product that just plain works
Color: Orange Size: 1-Pack Pattern Name: Cargo Strap
Bought it to move a large picture window for the front of my house. It is odd shaped - you couldn't get a good hold on it - it was HEAVY and only two people could fit in the area where it needed to go. It took three of us to get the window off the truck and I was wondering how we would get it into the space for installation. 2-Person Forklift to the rescue! I'm not a professional mover, so it's not one of those things I'll use often, but when it's needed, it makes the job much easier. Money well spent! ... show more

  • Allows anyone to be super strong
Color: Camo Green Special Edition Size: 1-Pack Pattern Name: Cargo Strap
Great for moving any heavy object in and out of a home, up or down stairs or moving things from one room to another. Only issue is when one person is more than a foot taller than the other it gets a little tricky and takes a bit of time adjusting into the arm holes to get it just right to move.

  • Durable
Color: Orange Size: 1-Pack Pattern Name: Cargo Strap
I used these straps to bring a dryer up to the second floor, and surprising they helped. The straps helped it to not be an awkward carry.

  • The straps are durable. There are a few places to put your arm making it somewhat adjustable.
Color: Orange Size: 1-Pack Pattern Name: Cargo Strap
We used the straps to move a bulky and heavy table top. The made the job much easier. I liked that there were multiple places to put arms through since I have shorter arms than my husband.

  • Works well if mattress is not in plastic
Color: Orange Size: 1-Pack Pattern Name: Cargo Strap
I use this on a mattress that was in plastic and one that was not. It did not work well at all for the one in plastic and we ended up just sliding it down the stairs without the straps. It tended to slip out of the straps when in plastic. However for a mattress that was not in plastic, it worked extremely well and efficiently. I asked my neighbor at the last minute to help me and we were able to get it easily lift it out of the house together without much instruction or hassle. ... show more
