I had my chair almost 4 months. Not long after having it it started falling only from time to time but now more often. When i sit in it now it slowly falls down. Really upsetting when your trying to get work done.

the back narrow, but seat is fine and height 14 inches right for my short legs..gran was 4'10''! me, 5'1.'' foam seat is warm in this cooling weather.foam is firm and only drops about one inch,gives added height, I am disabled after3 strokes; had to learn to walk again; use a cane; the chair is easy to move around on the industrial carpet, and is light enough for me to lift it. I sit at a large computer desk with a roll out shelf ; the height is comfortable for typing and the mobility of the chair helps me get to things easily when they are just out of reach. Due to my age, 77, I can sit for up to three hours before I need to walk to keep my legs strong, ,and I have no trouble getting up and leaving the room as well as returning and sitting back down. the height adjusts easily, too, ' ... show more

Cover material is nice. Pretty color. Instructions are pretty straightforward. Easier if you have experience assembling chairs. Some parts are welded instead of formed. Sits about 12 inches from the floor. Large casters and seat even though the chair is short. Makes it more comfortable.

This chair is very poorly constructed and pieces are cheap. Sits very low and instructions are not accurate as to exactly how the chair sits on the base. Very disappointed.
