These arrived well padded and secured. But the quality of their products is lacking lately. Tough spots encountered while turning in/out. Missing one of the "Durable anti-skid coatings". These almost seem like a Hazard Fraught chineseum knock-off. I've got other ratchet binders from them that function smoothly and operate flawlessly.
