Unit was easy to install. Plug and Play. Reached out via email to the seller with a question about the backup camera. Very responsive heard back within the day. Like this unit a lot and it really updated the interior of my truck. My nephew is now thinking about doing this to his truck as well.

Install was a little difficult but other than that love the radio. Adjustment of bass and sound quality is hard to find but I’ll adjust to it. Worth the money Update to my review. Right after I submitted review, I went out to get in my truck and now the volume is not right. I have it on max volume and it’s not loud at all. I’ve reset the radio multiple times, emailed the company and they tell me to reset it but it doesn’t work. I’m waiting to hear from them again to see if they can find a solution but I’m review this a 1 due to the headache. Very frustrating ... show more

    • Decent unit for the price
So the install was pretty easy, it took me about 30 minutes once I had found all my tools (this was a me being disorganized issue). From there I had an existing maestro harness that I unhooked and left out for now (I'm not sure if I will need it later or not). From there once the other aftermarket (I bought the truck used) harness was out it was 5 or 6 connections. The portion for the ac control was fairly intuitive, basically just pull the parts you need and move them over to the new panel pieces. I'm still missing the hands free controls, but all other steering controls work for tuning, volume, ect. So far no issues and it turns on just fine. My AC modules are all showing correctly with the only thing is my vehicle is now reading in Kilometers rather than miles which the sync portion isn't working which may have been an installation issue. The instructions do leave a bit to be desired though. ... show more

Item works as described but specs are low/outdated. 2G RAM 32G storage and processor is seriously lacking. Screen is adequate at 1024x768, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth work but not fast by any means. It works well with android auto (Apple CarPlay not tested) and backup camera which is nice but any addon apps are sluggish. There are some glitches in the dashboard app but not a deal breaker for me. Fitment is good although the bezel is a bit on the cheap side. It does not come with AC controls so original dash controls teardown and reassembly on new is required. Overall install is complicated and essentially has no instructions or assistance. Not for the faint of heart. Meets my personal minimum requirements but plan to replace as soon as I can afford to. ... show more
