Having done a DNA test before, I was ready to either prick myself for a blood sample or swab my cheeks for a saliva sample. How nice that with this food sensitivity test, I only need to send in a few strands of hair. The kit comes with a small ziplock bag for your sample, and a bubble envelope to mail it in. After you go to the testing company's website to register your sample, you can either print a prepaid USPS label, or if you don't have a printer, they'll email you a QR code to take to the post office, where a label will be printed for you.
