I love my dehydrator just got it a few weeks ago and have already gotten so much use out of it very easy to use and clean one thing that wasn't self explanatory for me was the mesh screens they're just to make the trays easier to clean and prevent small things from falling through the trays

I used to have a larger more expensive dehydrator but now I have such a small kitchen I needed something compact. This works very well and is easy to use. The controls are great. You can't make tortillas with this but you can make narrower wraps, which is just as good (for raw vegan sushi rolls). I made dehydrated banana bites that taste just like the brand name. It also dehydrated my sprouted almonds nicely. Also great for drying mango or making crackers from pulp. Very attractive and light weight.

EDIT: After I initially reviewed this product a member of their service department reached out to me and offered either a full refund or replacement. I see this as an extremely good faith action. So, I am changing the 3 star review to a 5 stars. I've seen many good reviews on this product and concede to the fact that issues can happen with manufacturing. Thank you so much! I bought this for my wife for Christmas. It took a few months for her to get to use it. We've had a few dehydraters. This one is okay. It came with some cool goodies. It has a few problems though. 1. To begin with it is very slow. 2. The heat does not circulate very well so it heats faster in the back than it does in the front, noticeably so. 3. The trays fit extremely tight. This coupled with the uneven heat made it difficult to take the trays out and flip them to compensate for the lack of air flow very frustrating. 4. The build quality and materials in this unit are questionable. If you look at the picture you can see where with just one use the the surface is compromised by removing the trays. 5. It is the most not fun dehydrater to clean we have ever owned. It works but I can not recommend. We took too long to use it and so I guess we will use it until it breaks and then go back to a brand we can trust. I am just disappointed.

Ordered this in Jan 2023, worked great for a long time. A couple months ago, the timer was acting up; it would count up to the maximum hours on its own while in use, then it would count down. Still dehydrated great, just had to check it more. Then this morning, I set it up to dehydrate before work, and much to my disappointment, it wouldn't do anything. When I plugged it in, it beeped and 0 showed on the screen, so it was receiving power. But then the power button to start it and every other button did nothing. Very disappointing; I have a lot to dehydrate this week. Hopefully the food won't spoil before I can order another one.

Bought this in April came with 2 cracked trays and no fruit roll trays reached out to customer service and they replaced the cracked trays and sent the fruit roll trays. Tried to use it 2 days ago plugged it in turned it on it worked for about 20 minutes started beeping and the lights were blinking so I turned it off and unplugged it tried plugging it back in and turning it back on and several times and it keeps doing the same thing so I wasted money.
