Decent size for what we need it for since we just started trying this. It dehydrates the food well and is actually quicker than it says. It’s easy to take apart and clean. It’s also quiet and the temperature doesn’t get too hot.

It’s tiny! Looking at description it does say 10” trays, but wow, I didn’t know they made them so small. Lol, I picked up delivery box and was thinking it must be something else. I open box to find an even smaller box inside. Also, plastic trays are very lightweight and seem brittle…. But time will tell. Did I mention it is tiny? Edit: I was crushing box thinking “not 10””. Specs say 10.23”. Tape measure says 9” diameter, stacks are about 4.5” tall. ... show more

This item isn't perfect - the shelves are not particularly far apart and trying to fit in larger items is difficult and it will probably dry more slowly than more expensive alternatives, but for its price this item is an excellent and extremely effective option. Works great for small batches of jerky or if you’re a sausage maker it can be used to make your own high temperature cheese. A little loud but other dehydrators have the same issue. All in all I’m satisfied, but may upgrade to a unit with greater capacity
